A new year starts at CF TENNIS ACADEMY and our first tournament saw some of the best players in the country compete in Green Champions League, 14 under and 12 under categories.
The morning started with the Green Champions League and again Andrew Chickens got most of the points. Come on coaches…. keep up!!!!!
Some players were a bit rusty after the holidays and that showed with only 1 seed reaching the semis. Cameron Francis and Garv Bahl renewed their rivalry from 3 years ago with a tough encounter with Garv coming through 6/2 and taking his first 14 under tournament of the season. Just after the boys , 14 under girls tournament also saw some upsets , were seeds 1 and 4 lost in first rounds . The final was an interesting match were RENEE ACENA beat Andra SIRBU in a great match .
After that CF TENNIS also hosted the incredibly busy and most popular 12 under 3 set event which will finish next week .
