Nish

Nish has over 30 years of experience as both a player and coach, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion to every session. Having played university tennis in the UK and the USA, as well as representing both Manchester and his county, Nish combines extensive playing experience with a friendly, player-focused coaching style. Throughout his coaching career, Nish has worked with players of all ages and abilities across clubs, schools and community programmes. As Head Tennis Coach at his local club, he delivered individual and group coaching, organised tournaments and led annual trips to Wimbledon, inspiring players both on and off the court. A qualified teacher with a background in sport and community development, Nish has also held roles with Manchester City Council and the Youth Sport Trust, where he managed regional and national school competitions and major sporting events. Nish enjoys coaching everyone from complete beginners to competitive players. His positive and encouraging approach focuses on building confidence, developing strong technical foundations and creating enjoyable learning experiences. For performance players, he also works on the technical, tactical and physical aspects of the game, helping them reach their full potential. Fluent in English, with conversational Gujarati and Hindi, Nish enjoys working with Dubai's diverse tennis community and helping players develop a lifelong love for the game. Nish is now available for lessons with players of all ages and abilities at Harrow International School – Al Barsha and looks forward to welcoming you on court.
