Another weekend of incredible action at CF Tennis Academy as we draw ever closer to the start of our 25th year of Ball Kid Training!
A total of 7 events graced the courts with some new names getting themselves titles to assist with their hopes of being on that plane to Paris in May.
Elias Anwar went one better after finishing runner up in the previous 12 and under event taking out Hussein Nada 6/2 in an stunning display from both players. Coumba Ben finally took her first title with a dominant performance against Jigisha Singh winning 6/0.
The 10 and under boys saw familiar names reach the finals with Anthony Moukarzel coming up short against a superb Rayan Sajjid whilst the girls event saw Sonika Jidesh beat newcomer Aditi Gulati. Both finals finished 4/1 with Rayan and Sonika starting to put a stranglehold at the top of the rankings.
Over at Cambridge International School our Red Champions League event saw more than 40 children play a minimum of 4 matches each with Coach Abbas showing excellent promise with more than 10 players representing him!
Again the 3 set 14 and under event is still yet to be completed so keep an eye on Facebook and the website for more information.
Next week sees the Green Champions League along with the 14 and unders taking to the courts
