Bahrain 2025 – ATF Under 14 Grade A Tournament
Day Three: The main draw has been released!
As we wait for the main draw to be released, we made the most of the day with two solid training sessions. The morning was more technical—Rafa and I worked on spacing and weight transfer, and also dedicated time to serve mechanics. Isabella trained alongside her doubles partner and had a very productive session as well.
After a good lunch and some tactical work focused on point construction and strategic patterns, we returned to the courts. With every court fully occupied, Isabella and her partner found alternative courts nearby, while Rafa and I stayed at the federation center. He had a strong 90-minute session, mixing in points with players from Malaysia and Cambodia. It was a great experience—meeting other kids who share the same passion and dreams adds something special to the atmosphere here. The energy around the venue is really inspiring.
Finally, the main draws were published. Tough matches ahead, but that’s expected—this is the top event in the U14 category across Asia, and only the highest-ranked players are here. Rafa is scheduled to play at 3:00 PM, and Isabella a bit later. We’re gearing up for a long and intense day tomorrow.
Time to get some early rest tonight and be fresh for what’s coming.
Competition time is just around the corner—best of luck to everyone!
