Shimon Shastri

Coach Shimon is a PTR-certified tennis professional from India with over 10 years of playing experience and 6 years of coaching across all levels. A former Top 50 nationally ranked men’s player in India, Shimon brings a strong competitive background and a passion for player development to every session. He has worked with a wide range of players from beginners to high-performance juniors and adultsand has also served as a hitting partner for ATP and ITF-ranked athletes, supporting them in refining their technique, strategy, and mental game. His coaching experience includes time at some of India’s leading tennis academies, where he’s developed players in both individual and group formats. Shimon’s coaching philosophy is player-first and holistic, with a focus on technical precision, physical conditioning, and mental resilience. His goal is to bring out the best in every athlete, whether they're building foundational skills or preparing for high-level competition.
