Oscar Pons, Head Coach of CFT is a seasoned tennis professional with more than 30 years of experience who is passionate about player success. A former Davis Cup Player and Captain, his expertise spans across player development of all levels, facility management, and recreational program design. Coach Oscar possess a wide range of skills to include one-on-one coaching of high-performance players, with ITF, WTA, and ATP rankings. Not only has he been recognised for his ability to motivate junior players towards excellence; he has held the positions of Technical Director for the Andorran Tennis Federation and Head Coach of the Saudi Tennis Federation. Having developed his coaching, mentorship, and management skills in high-profile positions, while working in Europe, USA and the Middle East; he offers a comprehensive and disciplined approach to his various roles within the CFT academy.
