Another weekend of incredible action at CF Tennis Academy as we draw ever closer to the start of the 25th anniversary of the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships.
A total of 8 events graced the courts with some new names getting themselves titles to assist with their hopes of being on that plane to Paris in May. Mara Djukic won her firs Red series tournament this season beating Jana Ladki 10/6 in the final. Chris Jovan took the title with a dominant performance against Andrea Stipac winning 10/3
The 9 and under boys saw new names reach the finals with Eric Morna coming up short against a superb Angus Goddard 4/1 whilst the 9 under girls event saw Li Kexin winning Callista Uchil 4/2. Both finals were having an outstanding level of tennis. A new winner in the 18 under category this week we’re Zachariaz Faizal beat Hercules Gerousis 6/3, the girls saw a new victory for Rosaleen Alioussef to Renee Acena 6/3 Again the 3 set 10and under event is still yet to be completed so keep an eye on Facebook and the website for more information.
